~ Proporcionar soporte analítico a los clientes internos de Novartis (CPOs y equipos regionales de marketing y ventas) en varios informes analíticos de complejidad baja-media.
~ Apoyar y facilitar la toma de decisiones basada en datos para los clientes internos de Novartis proporcionando y comunicando análisis cualitativos y cuantitativos
~ Apoyar a las empresas de GBS ~ GCO en la práctica de la construcción mediante la participación en diversas iniciativas como el intercambio de conocimientos, el apoyo a la incorporación y la capacitación, el liderazgo del equipo de apoyo en todas las tareas / actividades relacionadas con el negocio, la creación de documentación de procesos y repositorios de conocimientos.
~ Ser parte integral de un equipo de diseño integral responsable del diseño de materiales de marketing promocional.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a business partner for assigned Patient Support Programs (PSPs), ensuring operational excellence.
- Monitor vendor performance and provide insights to improve patient and healthcare professional experiences.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of innovative PSP solutions.
- Support vendor assessments and onboarding for new program initiatives.
- Manage PSP budgets and track monthly expenses to ensure financial compliance.
- Develop patient education materials and lead initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and internal processes for PSP operations.
- Oversee distribution and control of support doses linked to PSPs.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures and conduct risk assessments.
- Monitor vendor compliance and drive corrective actions based on quality evaluations.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Strategic and analytical thinking to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
- Demonstrated business partnering capabilities in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
- Experience managing budgets and tracking financial compliance.
- Familiarity with vendor management and performance evaluation.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in English for professional communication.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience working with digital tools or platforms to support patient engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and patient data privacy regulations.
