Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Visualization:
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from participant profiles and medical data.
Develop and maintain complex data models that effectively address business needs.
Create comprehensive dashboards and reports using PowerBI and related visualization tools to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data to provide actionable recommendations for improving participant healthcare outcomes.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with key stakeholders and executives to understand their data needs and requirements.
Communicate data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
Build relationships and foster effective collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
Mentoring and Knowledge Transfer:
Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support to junior team members, assisting them in developing their analytical and visualization skills.
Share best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools with the team to foster continuous learning and growth.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the capabilities of younger associates and promote a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field of medical analytics, data analysis, and visualization.
Evaluate and recommend relevant tools, techniques, and methodologies that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis and visualization processes.
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize data collection, analysis, and visualization processes to drive improvement in data accuracy and quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline). Master's degree preferred.
· Proven experience in data analysis and visualization, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare analytics with a focus on sales and marketing data.
· In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices, including sales and marketing strategies, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
· Strong understanding of healthcare datasets, such as prescription data, claims data, and electronic medical records (EMR).
· Expertise in data analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on PowerBI and related visualization tools.
· Proficient in statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong time management, prioritization, and project management skills.
· Proven experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
· Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
