Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational support to the Product Manager during the launch processes.
• Collaborate with sales, medical, market access, regulatory, and external agency teams to execute launch activities.
• Prepare promotional materials and manage medical/regulatory approval processes.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to develop insights and share them with stakeholders.
• Support organizing launch meetings, advisory boards, field trainings, and product presentations.
• Prepare and monitor KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
• Support marketing budget-related processes.
• Facilitate effective communication and information flow between field force and headquarters.
• Identify collaboration opportunities and develop action plans with private hospitals, healthcare institutions, and professional associations.

Essential Requirements:

• University degree
• Experience in Project Management is a plus
• Working background in Marketing, Sales, or Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Team player with attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and fluency inTurkish
• Proficient user of MS Office applications
