• Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other external stakeholders across Victoria.
• Serve as a highly credible and trusted scientific resource to the medical community, delivering up-to-date information on our Cardiometabolic therapies and research.
• Actively contribute to the development and execution of medical strategies for the Cardiometabolic portfolio in alignment with business goals.
• Provide support for both internal and external education initiatives, including training programs and medical content development, ensuring alignment with scientific standards.
• Deliver field insights by gathering and sharing feedback on medical trends, competitive intelligence, and unmet needs in the Cardiometabolic therapeutic area.
• Support investigator-initiated trials (IITs), research projects, and partnerships that advance medical and scientific knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Marketing, Clinical Development, and Sales, to ensure alignment and shared objectives.

What You Bring:

• A strong scientific background, supported by tertiary qualifications in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field. Advanced degrees (PhD, PharmD, MD) are highly regarded.
• Previous experience as an MSL or in a similar externally facing role is preferred.
• Expertise in Cardiometabolic diseases or related therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of clinical data and research methodologies, coupled with strong analytical abilities.
• Self-motivation and organizational skills to effectively manage responsibilities within the Victoria region.
