About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, end-to-end architectural solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards
- Define and evolve architecture patterns to guide solution development across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment and execution
- Lead architectural governance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable architecture strategies
- Drive technical decision-making and resolve architectural challenges in projects
- Document and maintain architecture artifacts to support knowledge sharing and reuse
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in Pharma and Technical Operations processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead large or cross-functional teams
- Strong background in solution and business architecture
- Skilled in consulting, enterprise architecture, and IT governance
- Excellent influencing and performance management capabilities
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working in a regulated industry or GxP environment
- Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and modern integration platforms
You’ll receive:
