About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Develop Power BI dashboards and generate actionable business insights from quality data.
- Collaborate with quality stakeholders to understand business needs and create solution blueprints or POCs.
- Work with IT to provide technical requirements and enable industrialized analytics solutions.
- Test solutions, create training content, and educate business users on new tools.
- Track solution adoption, gather feedback, and coordinate enhancements with IT.
- Manage user access and adheres to GxP guidelines
- Maintains applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GxP compliant documentation and records within the Novartis Quality Management System.
- Ensures the integrity of all Quality Systems records and data, as applicable and collaboration of own team with other functions and departments.
Key performance indicators:
- Timely delivery and adoption of Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and positive user feedback.
- Quality and effectiveness of solution documentation and training materials.
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
- 0-4 years of working experience in domains of business intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science
- Functional Breadth of Quality Domain
- QC/ QA in pharmaceutical ind./ biotech with environmental monitoring & Collaborating across boundaries.
Skills:
- Expertise in SQL, PowerBI, Qliksense, Python, and Cloud Technologies
- Knowledge of LLMs and GenAI tools
- Dealing With Ambiguity
Education & Qualification:
- Bachelors in computer Engineering or Advanced Degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Data Science, Business Administration
Languages :
- Fluent spoken & written English is a must.
- Additional languages a plus
