RLT’s logistical complexities demand strong collaboration with hospitals to ensure both quality standards and commercial agreements.
The Customer Solution & Operations Manager (CS&OpM)serves as the primary point of contact for Novartis with designated Accounts. This role is responsible for introducing RLT technology, ensuring that the interested Accounts have all the necessary structure for the delivery of our product on “Day 1 and ensuring operational readiness from manufacturing to infusion. The CS&OpM leads cross-functional teams, supports launch readiness, and ensures a smooth patient journey throughout the therapy process

Key Responsibilities
- Account Identification and Prioritization:
- Map and prioritize RLT centers with appropriate infrastructure and ARN licenses.
- Validate account readiness, treatment capacity and the patient journey.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to identify and accredit the accounts in alignment with Product strategy.
- Account Training and Engagement:
- Create and deliver training sessions and educational material to Health Care Organizations (HCOs) to the successful adoption of Pluvicto
- Develop strategic engagement initiatives to optimize account referrals and maximize treatment potential.
- Act as the RLT point of contact for Accounts.
- Lead all operational effortos to ensure “Day 1” Pluvicto readiness.
- Ensure precise patient infusion by managing purchase orders, supplies, approvals, scheduling, and logistics according to timeline requirements and considering the patient's urgent needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams and follow up on infusion cycles to provide customized solutions for Accounts.
- Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Develop and coordinate project plans throughout design, development, and production phases, ensuring successful delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Align closely with global and regional stakeholders for seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Translate strategic direction into actionable plans that support business objectives.
- Support data-enabled decision-making by delivering and communicating qualitative and quantitative analyses to Novartis stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.
- Foster partnership with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless adoption or RLT.
Key Requirements
Experience
- Degree in Medicine,Bio Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to ensure integrity and compliance in local business initiatives, regulations and guidelines
