Exciting opportunity to shape the Sales administration / Customer service function’s capacity and capabilities. The individual is responsible of managing the fields of primary market research, analysis and interpretation of data, support of sales effectiveness, marketing capability development, CRM and e-marketing.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Lead the team to support the Sales and/or Key Account Management functions in providing best-in-class Sales Operations services across the organization -Driving the team and leading to support sales representatives and channel partners in processing orders / returns; providing metrics / reports to Sales team and also engaging HCPs for expense payout.
  • Follow up on sales orders and provide status updates; updating Customer lists business wise.
  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

Key performance indicators:

  • Customer satisfaction and customer retention
  • Accuracy of reporting-performance data, budgets, financial reporting
  • Internal surveys-results in areas of operations, processes vs. benchmarks

Work Experience:

  • A degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Dentistry, Veterinary.
  • Minimum of 5 years working in Strategic Partnership experience, while managing team of Sales Ops team within pharmaceutical company.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills.
  • Strong skills managing distributors with strong commercial background.
  • Strong record of Business Development and Licensing experience.
