About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Acts as subject matter expert in 1 -2 key domains -Builds network of subject matter experts within and outside the NVS organization -Builds lasting strategic capabilities as part of each project to enable local teams to continue to deliver on project objectives going forward -Acts as sparring partner for ECN-1 / ECN-2 members -Leads and independently owns small portfolio of strategy projects prioritized by the Novartis Group, the CEO and the Executive Committee including scoping, content creation and stakeholder management -Actively contribute to Global /Unit Strategic Planning process -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events /special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
Key performance indicators:
- Successfully manages projects to final output -Successfully completes smaller efforts / ad-hoc requests as defined -Delivery of agreed health improvement partnership projects on time and within budget -High quality contributions to other HCS group activities -Feedback from project sponsors and ( internal and external) key stakeholders regarding quality of project output and interaction
